Coaching should be accessible to all. Fees at Steady State Coaching are set on a sliding scale, based on your gross annual income.

Fee Australia: $130 to $350 per hour
Fee Europe: €90 to €270 per hour
Sessions are 60 minutes

Individual Coaching
3 sessions
- Three sessions to get to the bottom of what's actually going on. Understand what's driving the situation, shift your perspective, and leave with something concrete to work with.
- Online or in person
- Valid for 4 months from date of purchase
6 sessions
- For more complex situations, multiple challenges, or when you're ready to make a significant and lasting shift. Six sessions offers the depth and continuity to examine what's driving your experience, develop a new perspective, and make it stick.
- Real change takes time to become second nature. The Deep Dive gives you the sustained support to go deep, adjust when needed and finish with something that lasts.

- Valid for 12 months from date of purchase
CV and Interview Preparation
- Full rate as per sliding scale
- Includes 2 x 60-minute coaching sessions and 1 hour of preparation on my end (reviewing your CV and getting up to speed on the role and industry before we meet), so we're not using your session time on the basics.
- Online
- Valid for 3 months from date of purchase
